How do I return something?
You have 14 days from the date you receive your goods to try on your new items and return them if necessary. (Please only return them unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.)
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returned face coverings or underwear
We cover the return costs from Switzerland, Germany, Austria and the remaining EU countries.
Please note that for the sake of the environment, we want to make our deliveries as efficient as possible. We therefore ask that you return all items from your order together in ONE package. If you return items from the same order separately, we can unfortunately only cover the return costs for the first package.

For Germany , Austria and Switzerland, return labels are automatically included in the package with every order.
